DELIVERY AND TRACKING

How long does delivery take?

For pre assemble orders, If you order today we will send you a

preview in 2-4 business days once you approve it will take 2-4 days

to process you order and ship it.

As of the shipping time the customers can pick the shipping option

when they complete the order usually 3-5 days in the US.

Assembled PhotoBricks will add 5-10 business days for the shipping

times.

Due to the global pandemic of Covid-19 there has been some instances minor delays.
These are tough times for us all and your business means so much for a small family business like ours, so thank you so much and thank you for your patience.


How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.

For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

We will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge.

Do you deliver orders to my country?

We deliver to the majority of countries around the world. If there are any issues, we will contact you directly.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PHOTOBRICK USA, 89 NE 27th Street, Unit 106, Miami AL 33137, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Assembled PhotoBricks cannot be returned.. 

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus re-stocking fee of $15 and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at photobrickusa@gmail.com and send your item to: PHOTOBRICK USA, 89 NE 27th Street, Unit 106, Miami AL 33137, United States. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card , VISA and Master Card. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
